This is the last general news email you'll receive from [email protected] regarding our Fall 2025 season! All updates moving forward will be sent via Swimtopia, our team's communication and meet/event management platform. Read on for more details!

PRACTICE STARTS TODAY!
We are so excited to see all of our awesome Quarry Gators this afternoon for our first practice of the Fall 2025 season. Practice is from either 4:30 - 5:15 p.m. or from 5:15 - 6:00 p.m. depending on which time you registered for.

PRACTICE TIME UPDATES
If you meant to register for the 5:15 p.m. practice time, but it wasn't available when you registered, please send me an email to let me know, and we'll update our records!

PAYMENTS DUE TODAY
As a reminder, cash or check payments for this program are due today or at the first practice you attend. Dues are as follows:

• $225 per swimmer
• $175 per additional swimmer from the same household

Payments can be made with cash or checks made payable to “Lakeside Swim Club” with “Quarry Gators” on the memo. Either can be accepted by a front gate attendant at Lakeside during the changeover season (see website for hours), by a Lakeside supervisor, or by a head coach (William or Theresa) in person. You can mail checks to:

The Fall 2025 Team Handbook is attached. We will review this carefully at our mandatory parent meetings on Friday, November 7. In the meantime, please read up on all things QG, especially if you're a NEW parent!

WHAT'S NEXT? - SWIMTOPIA REGISTRATION
Finally, look for one last email from "[email protected]" or from "notifier+quarrygators@swimtopia.net" over the weekend with instructions to register your swimmer and yourselves (or any other parent/guardians who need to be in the QG know!) with Swimtopa. This is our team's communication and meet/event management platform. If, for some reason, you haven't received instructions to register with Swimtopia by Monday morning, please reach out, and we'll be sure you get everything set up.
