Hello QG Families!

So far, we've enjoyed our first two practices getting to know our new swimmers and celebrating the return of those who are returning!

FALL 2025 VIBE CHECK
Do us a favor and "check the vibe" of practice so far. Ask your swimmer if practice is too easy, too hard, or just right. Ask them if they know their coach's name and if they think their coach knows their name. Report back with any comments or concerns, and we'll address them promptly!

NO PRACTICE ON HALLOWEEN
There is NO PRACTICE this Friday, October 31, due to Halloween. Enjoy your Friday afternoon off!

SWIMTOPIA REGISTRATION

MANDATORY PARENT MEETING!
Please mark your calendar for next Friday, November 7, at either 4:35-5:10 p.m. or 5:20-5:55 p.m. in the HDE Activities Room at Lakeside. If you cannot attend, please let us know so we can follow up accordingly. The meeting will go over the Fall 2025 Team Handbook.

SPECIAL EVENT: UOFL SWIM MEET
Join QG families for a very special event next Thursday, November 6, from 4-7pm at the Ralph Wright Natatorium. We will have our cheering own section at the UofL v. UK swim meet! Swimmers will make signs to support their favorite team next Wednesday at practice. Coaches will be on hand to join swimmers in cheering for collegiate swimmers and helping our younger team members understand how a swim meet works.
