Our third full week of the season is well underway, and our first Green v. White intrasquad meet is this Friday, November 14. Please read this entire email for important details.

GREEN V. WHITE #1 RSVP PROCEDURE
Please use Swimtopia to RSVP for Friday's meet no later than 9:00 p.m. TONIGHT, Wednesday, November 12. If you need technical assistance, please reply to this email so we can assist you.

To RSVP for a meet:

• log in to Swimtopia
• navigate to "Meets, Events, and Volunteering"
• select "Meet Entry"
• indicate your attendance plans

As a reminder, not answering is not equivalent to a NO RSVP. We would really like to know whether or not you are coming to avoid mistakes and disappointment.

MEET TIMELINE

• 4:30 p.m. -- athlete arrival
  
• 4:40 p.m. -- warmup #1 (ages 8U)
• 4:50 p.m. -- warmup #2 (ages 9+ and late arrivals)
  
• 4:40 p.m. -- age group parent meeting w/ Coach T by watter bball goal
• 4:50 p.m. -- timer meeting w/ Coach William by QG banner
  
• 5:00 p.m. -- estimated meet start time
• 6:30 p.m. -- estimated meet finish time

Please sign up to volunteer on Swimtopia! Every family is required to volunteer at least TWO shifts during the fall season in order to ensure our meets and events operate smoothly. Thank you!

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• Each family is limited to one non-member spectator. Non-member spectators may sign in as guests at the front desk upon arrival without using a guest ticket.
• Additional non-member spectators are welcome, but a $10.00 guest ticket must be purchased for them to gain entry to the facility.
• Don't forget to review our Team Handbook, which includes a wealth of information to prepare you and your athlete for their first swim meet.
• Families who have not paid this season's program fee by Friday morning will not be entered in the swim meet.
