We will be having practice this afternoon, Monday, February 2. We are so excited to get back in the water after so much time off!

GREEN V. WHITE MEET #1
Our first dual meet of the season is upon us this Friday, February 6 at Lakeside. The timeline is as follows:

• 4:30 p.m. -- athlete arrival
• 4:40 p.m. -- warmup #1 (ages 8U)
• 4:50 p.m. -- warmup #2 (ages 9+ and late arrivals)
• 4:40 p.m. -- age group parent meeting w/ Coach T by water basketball goal
• 4:50 p.m. -- timer meeting w/ Coach William by QG banner
• 5:00 p.m. -- estimated meet start time
• 6:30 p.m. -- estimated meet finish time

MEET RSVP'S DUE BY WEDNESDAY @ 9PM
All families are required to RSVP for this Friday's Green v. White Meet #1 by 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 4, regardless of their attendance status. Please do this so we don't have to track anyone down or make any mistakes!

VOLUNTEER POSITION REVIEW
Coach T will be at practice today, helping new families learn what is required of them in various volunteer positions at our swim meets. Every job is easy, and she'll help explain each of them this afternoon if you need more information before signing up!
