Hello QG Families,

We are very excited to see you tonight for our first meet. Here are some more updates:

CHANGES
The following changes will be made to tonight's meet, but they WILL NOT be reflected on the heat sheet. If you are an age group parent, you will be a printed copy of the most up to date version of this document at your meeting. There is a very good chance it will continue to grow, but you should be able to see live updates on this Google document link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ConJNB0kQ0s51k_ZRkD6waXPcg_WiYOH30v2QCf-2qo/edit?usp=sharing

If you have any changes or if you won't be attending anymore, please let us know ASAP.

GUESTS
Families wishing to have nonmember guests attend tonight's meet to spectate will be allowed ONE nonmember guest without a ticket. If you wish to have more than one nonmember attend as a spectator, you will have to use a guest ticket. This is the same policy we impose upon our visiting teams in order to keep the meet from becoming overcrowded while the facility is still open.

WEATHER
As long as Lakeside is open, the meet is on. I will send updates about delays or cancellations as necessary via email and Swimtopia alerts. The water will be cleared for 30 minutes at every instance of audible thunder or visible lightning. We will hold the meet in the rain.

COMBINED EVENTS
The following events will be swum together to save time. The lane assignments will not change.
