LQG v. WOODHAVEN RSVPS DUE TODAY @ NOON
Please RSVP for Monday's home meet against Woodhaven no later than 12:00 p.m. today. There will be no extensions. If you ask to be added to the meet after 12:00 p.m. today, you will be told no.

ENTRY REQUESTS
If you have specific requests for events your swimmer would like to be entered in, please submit them in writing, via email, prior to the entry deadline. We will do our best to accommodate your requests given the constraints of the entry guidelines.

PICTURE DAY TODAY
To answer a frequently asked question, picture day and t-shirt distribution today works like this:

• practices are at the normal times today: 1:30, 2:30, 3:30, and 4:30 p.m.
• at the beginning of each practice, swimmers will get their QG t-shirt in the size listed with their team registration
• parent volunteers will write swimmer's names on the tags of their t-shirts
• coaches will walk swimmers to the back of the lake to take group and individual photos
• swimmers will return their t-shirts to their bags and resume normal practice

If you don't come to practice today, ask one of our leadership coaches for your t-shirt and they will get it for you from the office. If you want your child's individual photo taken because they miss it today, contact Coach William to coordinate.
