A heat sheet with relay names is attached.

CHANGES
Please understand that we ask parents to submit requests for their swimmer's entries BEFORE the meet deadline for a reason. It takes several people several hours to complete swim meet entries, and there are complicated rules that govern what we can and cannot do. Further, each change to the heat sheet AFTER it has been published must be approved by mutual agreement of the LSA reps from both teams.

If you have requested a change to the heat sheet, please understand that it may not be granted. The best way to request how your swimmer should be entered is to email us BEFORE the RSVP deadline.
