• QG arrival & attendance (field outside of pool) - 5:15pm
• warmups - 5:30-5:55pm
• Parent Volunteer Meeting (gazebo) - 5:30pm
• Timer's Meeting (pool deck) - 5:45pm
• Meet start - 6:00pm
• Approximate meet end - 9:45-10:00pm

LATE ARRIVALS
If you are going to be late, please EMAIL [email protected] with your ETA. Arriving late will affect relay assignments.

ABSENCES
If you are no longer attending this swim meet, please let us know IMMEDIATELY so we can take the proper steps to replace your swimmer (1) in events to maximize the number of events others can swim, and (2) on relays if applicable.

EARLY DEPARTURES
Please do not leave the swim meet before you are finished with your events, ESPECIALLY if you are on a relay. See the Head or Assistant Head Coaches to address any concerns.
