6/6 11+ QUALS MEET @ LAKE FOREST
The 11+ qualifier is tomorrow night at Lake Forest (Lake Forest Lodge, 511 Woodlake Dr, Louisville, KY 40245). The heat sheet is attached. There are no relays! The timeline is as follows:

• LQG arrival (field outside of pool) - 5:15pm
• warmups - 5:30-5:50pm
• Parent Volunteer Meeting (team area) - 5:30pm
• Timer's Meeting (pool deck) - 5:45pm
• Meet start - 6:00pm
• Approximate meet end - 8:00-8:30pm

6/8 10U QUALS MEET @ SPRINGHURST
The 10U qualifier is Wednesday night at Springhurst (Springhurst Community Association, 4200 Springhurst Blvd, Louisville, KY 40241). The heat sheet is attached. There are no relays! The timeline is as follows:

• LQG arrival (field outside of pool) - 5:15pm
• warmups - 5:30-5:50pm
• Parent Volunteer Meeting (team area) - 5:30pm
• Timer's Meeting (pool deck) - 5:45pm
• Meet start - 6:00pm
• Approximate meet end - 8:00-8:30pm

PRACTICE THIS WEEK
Practices this week look like this:

• Tomorrow, Monday, July 6 - 3:30 and 4:30 pm practices for ages 10U only or any 11+ swimmer who did not qualify for the meet (if you swim at 1:30 or 2:30 usually, come later!)
• Tuesday, July 7 - all practices 1:30, 2:30, 3:30, and 4:30pm
• Wednesday, July 8 - 3:30 and 4:30 pm practices for ages 11+ only or any 10U swimmer who did not qualify for the meet (if you swim at 1:30 or 2:30 usually, come later!)
• Thursday, July 9 - all practices 1:30, 2:30, 3:30, and 4:30pm
• Friday, July 10 - LAST DAY OF PRACTICE - all practices 1:30, 2:30, 3:30, and 4:30

LSA DIVISION II CHAMPIONSHIP MEET
The LSA Division II Championship meet will be held on Sunday, July 12 at Owl Creek (Owl Creek Lodge, 10607 Hobbs Station Rd, Louisville, KY 40223) and seeding will be based on the top 12 swimmers in each event contested at the qualification meet.

This meet will have relays, and a draft of those relay assignments can be viewed here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/18scElpyqDubk7AGCjNxZGZ7iud-1escxYS2LWmkYGRM/edit?usp=sharing. It is possible that some swimmers currently slated for relays may not qualify top 12 in their individual events.They are still needed to ensure we have as many relays as possible!

The championship timeline is as follows

• warmups - 7:10-7:30am
• Parent Volunteer Meeting (team area) - 7:10am
• Timer's Meeting (pool deck) - 7:45am
• Meet start - 8:00am
• Approximate meet end - 12:30-1:00pm

Join us at 5pm on Monday, July 13 on the basketball court for our annual team banquet and awards ceremony. You can RSVP for this event on Swimtopia and sign up for what food item you are bringing now! Please do so by this Wednesday to allow our parent volunteers to plan accordingly.
