Here's some more important info about the remaining 3 meets...

11+ QUALS @ LAKE FOREST (TONIGHT)

• Address: Lake Forest Lodge, 511 Woodlake Dr, Louisville, KY 40245

• We will have concessions: Chick-fil-A, Jet's Pizza, and Ice Cream treats. Please note there is a $10 minimum on credit card purchases.

• Address: Springhurst Community Association, 4200 Springhurst Blvd, Louisville, KY 40241
• See our team area in the attached photo.
• Parking is available in the Springhurst pool parking lot with the overflow parking continuing into the Moorfield neighborhood on one side of Moorfield Circle all the way around. 
• Please observe the No Parking signs around Moorfield Circle and only park on one side of the street as marked. 
• Concessions will be located outside the pool near the team areas and will have snacks, drinks and pizza. Cash and Venmo are accepted. 
• To help mitigate some traffic on deck near the clerk of course where our restrooms are located, we will have a Porta Potty set-up in the parking lot near the team areas. 
• We will be directing all traffic onto the pool deck through the front/main entrance for both swimmers and parents and have everyone exit the pool via the auxiliary gate located next to the kiddie pool (see map below.) This will be important to keeping the flow of swimmers into the clerk of course with these shorter and quicker heats starting on the opposite end of the pool. 
• The Clubhouse is only available for use by LSA officials and coaches. In the event of bad weather, swimmers and parents will need to clear the area and shelter in their cars.

LSA DIVISION II CHAMPIONSHIPS (SUNDAY)

• Clerk of Course- Please walk around front of lodge to enter clerk of course. No swimmers will be allowed to enter Clerk of Course from pool area (except Coaches that are also swimmers). 
• Concessions will be available for purchase. Concessions will have donuts and breakfast sandwiches in the morning and will be switching over to hot dogs and our “world famous” hamburgers around 10:30. Snacks, drinks and candy will be sold throughout the meet.
• We will be enforcing the rule of no photography behind the start. 
• We will also not allow any swimmers into the lodge to go to the bathroom. These bathrooms will be for officials and coaches only.
• Children under 6 will be allowed to start on the “red” upper part of deck or in the gutter.
• Portable Toilets will be placed around team area. You are welcome to use those or the ones in the gym area. Only coaches and officials will be allowed to use the bathrooms in the clubhouse. 
• No paint will be allowed on swimmers or in pool area.
• Spectators are allowed on both “long sides of the pool”. We ask to be courteous and not “set up” on the deck so that all families can watch their child when it is their event. 
• Parking- Space is limited (as you know) but please do not park down both sides of any of the side streets (Gleneagle Place and Garden Creek Circle specifically)
