The LSA Division II Championship meet is tomorrow, Sunday, July 12, at Owl Creek (Owl Creek Lodge, 10607 Hobbs Station Rd, Louisville, KY 40223).

HEAT SHEET

The final heat sheet is attached, and seeding is based on the top 12 swimmers in each event contested at the qualification.

RELAYS & RELAY ONLY SWIMMERS
We have previously shared DRAFT relay assignments, and now that all of the dust has settled, you can see the FINAL relay assignments on the attached heat sheet. If any changes that affect whether or not someone should be attending tomorrow have occurred, I will reach out to you personally via text message today.

PLEASE NOTE: As said before, although not all swimmers may have qualified in the top 12 in their individual events, they are still needed to ensure we have as many relays as possible!

RELAY ALTERNATES
If you have been identified as an alternate and you are needed to help a relay swim tomorrow (due to absence or sickness), you will be notified personally via text message if you are needed.

CHAMPS TIMELINE
The championship timeline is as follows:

• LQG arrival (field outside of pool) - 6:45am
• warmups - 7:10-7:30am
• Parent Volunteer Meeting (team area) - 7:10am
• Timer's Meeting (pool deck) - 7:45am
• Meet start - 8:00am
• Approximate meet end - 12:30-1:00pm

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TOMORROW
If your child is swimming in the meet tomorrow, please sign up as a volunteer TODAY! Also, for the swimmers to receive their awards at the banquet, 5 more volunteers are needed on Sun, 7/12, from 3-5 pm in the AC @ Lakeside.
